Throttle Body on AWD with 105K Miles
I decided to check out the throttle body on the AWD after having it for 2 weeks. Even though I am rebuilding a special engine for it I plan to drive it some until engine is complete.
Someone cleaned the intake side, I was thinking maybe I should stop taking it off. I didn't. The other side looked like this. Big time carbon build-up. The person removed the elbow and cleaned the outside only. Right pic I opened the flap a little.
Here it is after I cleaned it with the GUNK Carb Cleaner. Much better.
